By accessing this website or by downloading, installing, or using Heartly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or this website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Heartly. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use Heartly, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Community Guidelines

Heartly is a platform for respectful, genuine connections. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive profile information
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Use the App for commercial purposes, solicitation, or spam
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to collect data from other users without consent
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service

Violations of these guidelines may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, bio, messages). By posting content on Heartly, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Safety

While we take measures to verify profiles and moderate content, we cannot guarantee the identity or behavior of other users. You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with others. We strongly recommend meeting in public places and informing someone you trust when meeting a match for the first time.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, design, and functionality are owned by Heartly Social Pte. Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the success of any matches or relationships formed through the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Heartly Social Pte. Ltd. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to damages arising from interactions with other users.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.
